These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IteroGO mobile application and website ("Service"), operated by IteroGO LLC. By using the Service, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Description of the Service

IteroGO is a platform that connects local tour guides with travelers through self-guided GPS audio tours. Guides create audio tours with geolocated points of interest and travelers can purchase and play them from the mobile app.

2. Registration and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
The information you provide must be accurate and up to date
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You can register with email/password, Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In

3. Use as a traveler

Travelers can:

Browse, purchase and play audio tours
Download tours for offline use
Leave reviews and ratings
Save tours as favorites and follow guides

4. Use as a guide

Guides can:

Create and publish GPS audio tours
Tours must go through a review process before being published
Receive 60% of each sale (100% during the first 3 months promotion)
Are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their content

5. Content and conduct

It is prohibited to publish:

Offensive, discriminatory or illegal content
Descriptions and historical information must be accurate
Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
Personal information of third parties (phones, emails, addresses)
Sexual, violent or inappropriate content
Unauthorized commercial promotion or spam
Content that promotes illegal activities
Deliberately false or misleading information

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Prices are displayed in the user's local currency
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the tour has serious defects
No refunds will be given for completed tours or subjective dissatisfaction with content
Guides receive their income through Stripe Connect according to Stripe's schedules

7. Intellectual property

Guides retain intellectual property of their tours
By publishing on IteroGO, you grant a non-exclusive license to distribute your content
IteroGO reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms

8. Limitation of liability

IteroGO acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy of tour content or incidents that occur during tours.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
