Delete account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's all the information about how to delete your account and what data will be erased.
Method 1: From the app
- Open the IteroGO app on your device
- Go to your profile or settings
- Scroll to the "Account" section
- Tap "Delete my account"
- Confirm your identity by entering your password
Your account and data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days.
Method 2: By email
Send an email to privacidad@iterogo.com
Include in your email:
- Your email address registered on IteroGO
- Your username or alias
- Confirmation that you wish to delete your account and all associated data
We will respond within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted?
- • Your profile and personal data
- • Purchased tours and progress
- • Your favorites and follows
- • Your achievements and statistics
- • Your Stripe connection (guides)
What is retained?
- • Published reviews (anonymized)
- • Published tours (if guide, become IteroGO property)
- • Transaction data (legal obligation, 5-7 years)
- • Aggregated and anonymous analytics data
Important
- • If you have pending earnings as a guide, make sure to withdraw them first
- • Tours downloaded on your device will stop working
- • This action is irreversible. We cannot recover your account once deleted
