Common problems and solutions
App issues
The app won't open, crashes unexpectedly or runs slowly.
Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. If the problem persists, close the app completely and reopen it. You can also clear the app cache from your device settings.
GPS not working properly
Audio doesn't play automatically or location is inaccurate.
Verify that you've given location permission to IteroGO. Make sure you're outdoors with good GPS signal. Try disabling and re-enabling location.
Offline download issues
Tour won't download or offline files don't work.
Verify you have a stable Internet connection and enough storage space. If the download is interrupted, delete the offline tour and re-download it.
Payment issues
Error when purchasing a tour or payment won't process.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Verify your card is valid and has sufficient funds. If the error persists, try another payment method.
Translation issues
Automatic translation is incorrect or a language is missing.
Translations are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. If you find important errors, report them from the app using the feedback button.
Account issues
Can't sign in, forgot my password or want to delete my account.
To reset your password, use the option on the login screen. To delete your account, go to Settings → Delete account in the app.
